Clean Air for Schools
The Bradford Clean Air for Schools Programme (CASP) is a Council initiative to improve air quality at schools across the district by providing funding to support emission and exposure reduction interventions.
Sustainability Sorted has worked with three local primary schools to deliver school journey baselining, stakeholder surveys, and creative engagement activities around active travel, providing recommendations to schools around the most appropriate interventions in each location.
“Jody has helped us engage with air pollution and active travel in a positive way. Her creative approach collected the views of our students and parents and we now have a clear idea about our position and the opportunities for our school community. She shared her findings in a very user-friendly format - great for a busy school - and we feel like we can move forward and make a real difference.” - Head Teacher, Shipley CofE School
